PML 2015 Pre-Budget Consultations – Points for consideration and Proposals

In August 2014, PML submitted its pre-budget consultations proposals, together with an explanation of the rationale behind those proposals. We focused on inclusiveness and sustainability; increasing unsustainablity; the value of ecosystem services and of natural capital; spatial land planning.
